Hi Parents! 

- If you have not yet had a child baptized at either St. Mary’s or Sacred Heart, Early, you are required to take the Baptism Preparation Class.
- It is a requirement to attend Mass every weekend.
- To assure all information corresponds with other records, you will need to bring the original or a copy of your child's birth certificate along with this completed form to the office before the baptism.  

English preparation: Call for a time to meet.

Spanish preparation: 9 a.m.-11 a.m. on the first Sunday of the months of February, April, June, August, October and December in conference room B in the St. Mary's Parish Center.
